Shipping & Returns
When you order on Monday-Friday,the shipment is sent within 24 hours. We always use a reliable shipping partner with tracking, to make sure your order is never left out of sight. In the Netherlands we ship your items for free!
Would you like to return your item? No problem! We take returns up until 21 days after you received your order, under the condition that the item is not worn, does not contain any stains or is damaged in any other way. We should be able to find another happy owner, after all 🙂
Follow the steps explained below to successfully return your order:
1. Download the return form.
2. Completely fill in the return form, and please indicate why you would like to return your item. This helps us a lot to improve our collection!
3. Put the return form, together with the item, in a sealed and well secured package, preferably the one we sent the item in.

Keep in mind: with larger parcels it’s possible to send them to a PostNL Servicepoint (PostNL Pakketpunt). We advise you to do so, as we will be able to process your return quicker. If you see a ship to servicepoint option, then send it to:

5. Fill in your own name and address in the following step, print the label, and bring the package with the label to a PostNL servicepoint. Don’t have a printer? They can print the label at the servicepoint for you. We will get an automatic message when you send the package.
5. When we have received and processed the package, we will refund your payment within 30 days.
